RC Andreevskiy kvartal is located in the village Andreevka, away from the city Zelenograd, in a quiet and well-maintained area next to forest and spruce nursery. Residential complex consists of seven buildings, ranging from 10 to 14 floors, as well as commercial premises for convenient and comfortable living. The courtyard areas are equipped with playgrounds, open parking lots and places for rest.

The construction was carried out on an already developed territory. New engineering facilities were built within the district. Apartments were provided for the waiting list of the area.

On December 3, 2024, the Main Directorate of State Construction Supervision of the Moscow Region issued a construction permit to LLC Construction Company SAS, which is part of the NEW CITY group, for the multi-level enclosed parking lot VLYUBERTSY.

The above-ground parking facility will be located 50 meters from the apartment complex VLYUBERTSY at the construction address: Lyubertsy, 8th of March Street. It is designed for 466 parking spaces, including 8 accessible spaces. Additionally, 59 storage rooms have been planned for seasonal items, tires, and other inventory. The first floor will feature a car wash and commercial spaces ranging from 59 to 292.3 square meters.

The commissioning period is the first quarter of 2026.

On February 12, 2024, the Main Directorate of the State Construction Supervision of the Moscow Region issued a permit to the company SAS, which is part of the NEW CITY group, for the construction of the apartment complex VLYUBERTSY.

The apartment complex VLYUBERTSY will be located at the address: Lyubertsy, 8th of March str., building 15. Next to the complex there is a beautiful park, modern infrastructure, functional layouts, a safe territory, a comfortable area for guests.

On September 1, the new school No. 26 in Lyubertsy officially opened its doors to students.

The social facility was erected by our company SAS LLC (part of the NEW CITY Group of Companies) as part of an agreement on the integrated development of the territory.

The official opening ceremony of the school was attended by Fedotova Inna Arkadyevna, Minister of Housing Policy, Volkov Vladimir Mikhailovich - Head of the city of Lyubertsy, Buntina Victoria Yuryevna - head of the education department, and other high-ranking officials.

Nikolai Alexandrovich, General Director of SAS LLC, was awarded an honorary award.

The NEW CITY Group of Companies congratulates the SAS company on obtaining permission to put into operation a new comprehensive school in the territory of the 1A microdistrict.

The school is located at the address: Lyubertsy, Uritsky str., 10. It is designed for 825 students. The building houses blocks of primary and senior classes, one large gym, two universal gyms and a choreographic hall, a gym, a library, a museum, a canteen and an assembly hall, a medical unit, and extended-day classes.

For outdoor activities in the courtyard there is a football field, playgrounds for volleyball, basketball, tennis and long jump. There is a small greenhouse.

The educational institution will be transferred to the balance of Lyubertsy in the near future.

Delegation including the Governor of Moscow Oblast - Andrey Vorobyov, the Minister of Housing Policy of Moscow Oblast - Inna Fedotova and the Head of the Administration of the city Lyubertsy - Vladimir Mikhailovich Volkov checked the progress of construction of a school for 825 students in Lyubertsy on Uritsky street.

Within the new school, which is being built at the expense of the developer company SAS (part of the GC NEW CITY) will be a dining room with a buffet, an auditorium for 475 seats, 5 gyms, a museum, a classroom for high school students, a library, a media library, a medical unit. Besides, school will have a full-fledged sports core and a stadium which will be open to residents of the microdistrict under construction(about 3 thousand people).

We started building the school in 2021 and we will finish and bring it into operation this year. To date, the project is fulfilled by almost 85%. All engineering communications have been carried out. At the moment, finishing work, purchasing of technological and kitchen equipment is under way. This is not a typical school, it was built on an individual project designed with the maximum efficiency of floor area.

The completion of the school building is scheduled for June 22, 2023, and already on September 1 the school will open its doors to students.

The city council of Novosibirsk granted permit for LLC D54 (GC NEW CITY) for building of RC ERNEST.

Residential complex ERNEST located in the quiet centre of the Academic town with a developed infrastructure.

On July 22, 2021, the Ministry of Housing Policy of the Moscow Oblast granted a permit to LLC SAS (GC NEW CITY) for building a school for 825 students. The school will be located at Uritskogo street,10 in Lyubertsy. Facade work are made of 98% and finishing work are made of 68%.

The school is made in the form of the letter "P" and consists of 4 floors with a basement. The school will be one of the most modern and innovative in the area. Monolithic technology was chosen for the construction. Also, fiber cement facade panels were chosen for facing of facades.

The school will have all the important rooms for primary and secondary school. In addition to the main rooms, there will be rooms for vocational training, a gymnasium, a library block with a reading room, an information center with a media library, as well as a medical block, security and fire stations and an assembly hall.

The construction completion date is 22nd of June 2023.

Group of companies NEW CITY congratulates LLC D54 and future residents on obtaining the operating permit for the RC VIVANOVA. Residential complex was completed five months ahead of schedule! The operating permit has been obtained for the RC VIVANOVA on 4th of February 2020.

Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the Novosibirsk region issued a conclusion to LLC D54 (GC NEW CITY) on compliance with the requirements of project documentation and energy efficiency requirements for the residential complex VIVANOVA.

The operating permit for the RC VIVANOVA will be obtained in the near future.

According to representatives of PwC (the independent consultant of the Urban Awards) the voting was conducted in the most fair and transparent manner, and the list of finalists included only the best companies of the best.
